ASP Indexing by spiders

This may be an old topic (haven't been on for a while) but how are ASP pages indexed?

Do spiders/robots ignore them? Or do they index the HTML that is served from the ASP page?

Many of the pages on my sites are ASP and if I can't submit them then I might have a problem. Would I have to make dummy pages for all of them???
