if yes to 1 and 2 just create pages with the same url and either resubmit them or wait till the spiders re-index them. The new pages will either rank better or worse, but no reason to get totaly rid of the current SE ranking (especially since some SE's give relevance for page age).

If by some odd chance the pages dont exist anymore, you might look in your cache to see if they are there. then you can recreate them and add a java script redirect directing to your new home page and not loose the current SE listing for thoses pages.

to find the pages you can just search the engines with relevant keywords and look in the results.
